How much money does Kylie Jenner make?

When Kylie Jenner was just 10 years old, the rest of her family and the reality series “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” propelled them all into the public eye. Jenner rose from a little child star of a TV program to one of the richest celebrities alive today. Though her reality television series and sponsored Instagram posts to contribute to part of Jenner’s wealth, her Kylie Cosmetics beauty business accounts for the majority of her fortune.
The youngest of the Kardashian/Jenner family members, Jenner is the only one whose income exceeds that of Kim Kardashian, who is the highest earnings. Jenner introduced her beauty company, Kylie Cosmetics, in 2015. It initially consisted just of lip kits. She funded the launch with $250,000 from her earnings from modeling and “Keeping Up with the Kardashians.” Each package of the lip kits cost $29 and included a lip liner and lipstick in the same shade. The lip kits were immediately sold out when she initially introduced them. Following the first launch’s success, she grew and began supplying her company with eye, face, and brow products. In addition to her website, Ulta also carried the goods in 2018.
2019 saw Jenner sell Coty, for $600 million, 51% of Kylie Cosmetics. Forbes claims that Jenner received $540 million, before taxes, from the transaction. Kylie was given the title of Youngest Self-Made Billionaire by Forbes in 2019; however, the publication later withdrew the honor and claimed that Kylie Cosmetics was “significantly smaller and less profitable than the family has spent years leading the cosmetics industry and media outlets, including Forbes, to believe.” She no longer qualifies as a billionaire, but Forbes still ranks her as the highest-paid celebrity, with a yearly salary of $540 million. She is also a Forbes 30 Under 30 member.
Her Instagram partnerships are another aspect that affects Jenner’s net worth. She is second only to Cristiano Ronaldo in terms of popularity on the site, thus she earns a lot of money by endorsing products. In the past, Jenner held the top rank on Hopper HQ’s Instagram Rich List, which indicated that she was the celebrity who made the most money per sponsored Instagram post. She received an estimated $986,000 at the time for a single post. She dropped to second place on the list in 2020, behind Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. She comes in at number four in 2022, after Cristiano Ronaldo at the top, Dwayne Johnson at number two, and then Ariana Grande. Jenner now earns $1,494,000 each post, according to Hopper HQ’s list.
In addition to Kylie Cosmetics, Instagram, and “Keeping Up with the Kardashians,” Jenner and her sister Kendall Jenner own the Kendall+Kylie apparel line. She introduced a skincare brand called Kylie Skin in 2019 and a range of baby products called Kylie Baby in 2021.

The Kardashians reality program has also changed its name to “The Kardashians” and moved from E! to Hulu. According to several sources, the family is earning more than $100 million for the new program. Forbes claims that Jenner continues to be in charge of all marketing and creative initiatives for Kylie Cosmetics.
